Custom Paintwork started today
For now im going to keep the stock J13, it runs really well, and im trying to keep the project on a budget. Once it decides to give out, im going to swap it with a KA24de out of a late model 240.
OK, im done highjacking my dads thread now!

a lot of trucks can look great lifted or slammed. some only lifted , some only slammed. the majority can look good either way.
but it's all taste.
one things for sure. any dodge ram newer that say 1980 looks horrible when slammed.
Airedout... I agree with Darren (Hotbox05) on your wheels. I come from a minitruck background myself. I have a '99 Dakota R/T laid out on 20" Intros.
I totally dig the classic Datsun. I would love to get my hands on some old Japanese sheet metal, but not right now.
Anyway, if you are interetsed in Intos, let me know. I have a buddy who works for them that can probably get you some decent pricing for billet. They also do a really nice clear coat that cuts maintenance down tremendously for a polished wheel. Besides... if you can afford those shockwaves, you can swing for billets.

Maybe. I have kept the interior stockish subdued so far . I like it that way. But!! I may change my mind eventually. I did the bodycolor parts of the car that show in the interior (edge of doors by windows and tailgate interior surfaces) in black (Window edges and lower tailgate) and a light grey (upper tailgate) semigloss interior urethanes mixed to match the interior plastics. The hood is bright enough through the windshield that perhaps I need no more color on the inside

Only problem with bagging is the cost of the bags could go for other mods instead. Un less it is a SHOW vehicle only I'd stick with drop springs. But thats me!
