Do you got the tail light garnish??? I think it would have done better without it... That garnish just gives it another dimension and doesnt really flow... If it was just blue against the black... Creative though, i like it.

No i dont have the garnish. I thought about it but the garnish is a chrome piece and i dont want anything really shiny on the car. Water gets in between the clear cover piece and the housing when washing and when it rains and i wasnt sure how the paint would hold up. Ive never seen anyone leave the outside undone so i said the hell with it ill give it a try. I had a lot of fun doing this. Ill probably order another pair of stock ones and do something different. Its easy and cheap. I just used the tech section and went at it. Thanks a lot for the feedback

First off, I like the mod. Different than what is usually done and I bet it took some patience to cut out those little strips..

Watch out for the po-po though. Legally you must have reflectors to the rear of your vehicle if you reside in CA.
