Take all the screws off, bake in the oven, pry apart. Then use some silicone or something, reseal, put screws back on.

Also, where the bulbs lock in, make sure it seals there. It'll creep there too.

also how foggy are they, even after being resealed, one of mine would fog a little from time to time.

here is a link to the tech article i used while doing mine back in the day. i know its for stock headlights but it gives you a good idea of what to do.

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/scion-xb-1st-gen-aero-exterior-1607/blackout-headlights-xb-89561/

just scrape as much of the old silicone out of the headlight and dont leave any gaps when putting the new silicone in, you dont have to rebake it to put the lens back on since you are not reusing the old silicone.

i hope this helped and sorry about the double post.

Does this go the same for oxidation?? Just wondering how I can rid a bit of it from the covers. It seem to also be inside, I did a strobe mod couple months back and then the whole lens oxidized completely! Pretty sure its because I drove around for a while with a half inch hole in each housing during a cold weather (stupid me)...is there anyway of helping this out? Thanks guys.

are they stock headlights or aftermarket? you might just need to get a used set from someone on here if its bad enough.
