Default Having trouble with my tailights...

When my running lights are on, the right rear Red Bulb is on, but the left is not.

So... I burned out the left bulb right?

no. for 2 reasons.
1. It's an led bulb I purchased 2 weeks ago, and
2. When I hit the Brake, the left light is on, but the right is not.

Help?

Check your ground connections; these sound like grounding problem symptoms to me . . . .

Na, sounds like the connection for the parking lights on the left tail light it having problems. Get a Multimeter, tap that wire, and make sure it reads 12v when the parking lights are on. If it doesn't find out why. If it does, try futher down the line closer to the tail light, till you are testing the bulb connection itself. Then have someone help you hit the brakes and test that connection also.

I'm not sure voltage should be an issue... I mean... the left works with the brake, and the right works with the headlights...

Altho... I know nothing about cars... lol

So you could be absolutely right!

Any more suggestions?

AH I didnt even notice that they flipped.
hmmm.
could be because the bulbs were dual filiment and the LEDs aren't. But I have to check into that.

i kind of had this problem when i was putting my lights back in after doing a partial redout. it turns out that i just needed to tighten the bulb connection, so just check those bulb connections in the back of the tailight housing. if that's not your problem, then something burned out or short circuited.
