Default Haze Removal

Hey guys..

I removed my rear emblem recently, and was curious as to the best way to remove some of the left over haze.. Would a clay bar work to get it all buffed out, then wash and wax like normal? I was planning on getting a clay bar anyways and do up the whole car anyways, just wanted to ask if it would be best to get rid of the haze.. Thanks!

That would help... first, go over the spot with either goo gone or bug/tar remover to make sure all of the leftover adhesive is gone.

What year is your box?And has it been raining ?
If so let it set in the sun,It sounds like moisture in the clear coat.It always did that where I had a magnet and it would go away in a couple days.or just try a hair dryer.

I'm in FL, and no, it hasn't rained for a couple months..

It's a '06.5, just barely a year old. It's new to me though, so i'm not sure how often it got washed by the previous owner. It's a BSP and when I first saw it on the lot, they hadn't detailed it yet.. at first I thought it was a Flint Mica.. that's how dusty it was.. heh

When they detailed it while I was filling out paperwork, and I saw it, I was like "OH SH*T!!! ITS BLACK! AWESOME!!"
