Headlight problem. Anyone help me out?
Heres my problem....
I have stock headlights which i decided to black out. I completed the whole "bake in the oven" process. I thought all was perfect until im driving and people are flashing me left and right. I do have HIDs but before the project I MAY have been flashed once or twice. So I figured id just got and lower the beam height. Well my driver side headlight wont go very low. Ive lowered it as low as it can but it still hits up high. I keep tightening it to go lower but it doesnt move. My passenger headlight is perfectly fine and will go the perfect height.
Any ideas how to fix this?

When you baked them back together, did you push the lens on the housing all the way down? Maybe the lens is sitting kind of crooked. Make sure the lens has all the tabs in their slots.
Also, even though its a pain, you may want to take the housing out and reinstall it.

It has little to do with the baking (unless you removed the glare shield from the housing)
H4 HID bulbs are notoriously bad for glare on the xB. You can probably get a casper shield if it's really bad.
I did a slightly different paint job on my stockies which might reduce glare, but I haven't tested those yet.

Im actully gonna take the light out this weekend and see if its put back together. While messing with it the other day I noticed a piece was loose. Hopefully that will be it.
