Default Headlights on the short.

Has anyone had any issues with the xb 04-07 headlights? Such as having the Low beam and high beams on at the same time?when you unplug the left side they all cut off.

Well I did and its got a drainage of power when you switch from high to low beam and so I was checking the relays and seen no problem so I'm thinking its the switch.
