Default HELP WITH HIDs!!!!

alright, so i ordered hids and i got to installing them last night just to see if they work, i had everything plugged up until i came across the power connector that contects with the bulb.

here is what the connector on the HID look like,

i noticed that the prongs wouldnt be able to connect cause of the blast plastic thing in the way. so i took it off and i was left with this.

so i tried to stick the two prongs into the connector to see if it works, but it didnt, i dont know what else im supposed to do, whether i wired something else wrong, or im supposed to do something else with the prongs

i had a set of HID's before, and this is what the HID prongs are supposed to look like cause they connected to the connectored easily before

what am i supposed to do? im trying to figure out why this HID kit came with only two prongs instead of the usual three that my old HID kit came with. anyhelp is appriecated, i know im a noob at this.

It only has two prongs because the HID kit you bought for our h4 lights is not a hi/lo. meaning it does not have a bright option, therefore, you only need two..... hope this helps

Here is where those are supposed to plug in for low beam

...some ballasts require more draw at start-up than the stock wiring can provide and will not light even if hooked up right (you can check bulbs and ballasts directly at the battery to make sure they are functioning)

If you need a plug and play wiring harness with a relay (good idea anyways) grab one off my site or in the sponsored section..good luck!
