Default Hey who wants to help me on some headlights? Suggestions?

OK
here are the two that I'm looking at...
maybe someone has them?
maybe you have better ones?
I want halos, and chrome housing. I know that. Besides that... I'm open to suggestion!
ok here we go.
-----------
Im looking at the chrome housed spyders with clear projectors here...
http://www.racepages.com/parts/headlight/scion/xb.html
-----------
And these. Only one should show up. If not, same formula chrome housing, clear projector.
http://www.krazykustomzonline.com/04...e-p-13604.html
------------
Thanks ahead of time to anyone with suggestions...

ehhh they look like the same thing. go with the 150 dollar one. the 202 is a bit expensive for aftermarket ...
i personally dont think chrome looks good. i'd go with a black housing. but that' my opinion.
you're looking for sonars basically. that styling is sonar. there are some with the amber reflector instead of the clear type that you have found, in case that makes a difference for you.
also, dont get the ones with the 3 led's on the sides, as those have historically been prone to fogging and sucking at light output.

umm... these are the same, just a different brand...
i have them in chrome and they are awesome. no fitment issues, no fogging.. had them for about 2 years....
you can get them on e-bay for about 120 shipped if you look real hard... they also go by the name "sonar" headlights for scion xb..

yep, i agree with evosky, those are identical. shop around. that's a bucket of cash for such cheap things.

here's an OLD pic of the box with the chrome housing 3led type, i thought, and still do, that those headlights look nice. I did have to take them apart to redo the angel eyes (right out of the box, the rings suck), so i did reseal them, and haven't had problems.

I agree with evosky on the black housing. Your cars red and chrome just don't seem to match it well in my opinion.

Getting a amber reflector would be legal, right? Where as the clear is illegal? Not sure on this and this is one of the things stopping me at the moment from getting projectors.

While local laws may vary, for the most part as long as you have an amber bulb, you do not need a reflector.

It is the color of the light produced, not how it is produced.

Federal law requires an amber reflector in front, and red in the back. Just like following the speed limit however.....

yeah a lot of us get silverstars for turn signals. they have a rainbow/blue coating but flash amber, so it's awesome.

Depending on your state you may or may not be allowed to drive with out amber side markers. If you can then just as othere have said those Silverstar bulbs are awsome. Those bulbs would look great in the projectors ajayaitch posted. Heres a pic of my cleared headlights with the Silverstars

no yellow makes me happy :-)
