I’d recommend neither, but then again my opinion is biased
F1Spec is the only way to go! Seriously just make sure you get one that is waterproof, and has easy to use connections, warranty is a plus as well. Hit me up with specific ?'s..

techones suck! Ive had a pair and the ballast is already gone. I had to ghetto rig it to make it work right. The seller didnt know his own product. Have a friend that has also gone through two pair of those HIDs so I say mcculloch.

you should pick up a set of the f1spec HIDs because they come with a free relay.

I have the techone and mine didn't even come with the high beam bulbs wtf. mcculloch is way better and reputable! I'm going with them next for the fog lights.

The ballast had problems from day one and he wanted to pay to ship them back so I dealt with it. After 6 months its dead. My friend had the same problem and he paid to ship them back and got another crappy set that still dont work. I dont recommend techones!

From a consumer view check out the connections you are going to make as well, some of the kits are slightly confusing I have seen quite a few posts asking which wire connects to what..plug and play kits should be just that easy and foolproof to install F1Spec is a snap with waterproof 1 way connectors that are reversed (male/female) from bulb to ballast so there is only 1 way to go - no polarity issues - ballasts plug right in to stock connector for headlight bulb makes it simple.

Considering I know the failure rates for both, I would stay away from ALL of them. We sell Prolumen HID for $275 shipped ( here is our GB thread:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...507511#1507511

You can certainly buy HIDs for less, but as 365Motorwerks said... make sure you're buying parts that are up to spec.

ProLumen is an established brand, our dealer network has helped over 5000 people see better
