Default HID Help!

Ive been doing the search but cant seem to find the answer.
Im trying to install the single HID kit (from operatic) but it doesnt seem to be working. Im using the relay setup and followed the instructions and everything looks right but still no light =(
Ive got a 05 scion xB. Did anyone else experience this problem?? Can someone help me out?

Go over your connections.

The Relay harness is connected to the battery, the stock harness on the driver's side and ground, right?

Then the ballast should connect to the relay harness.

The bulbs should be connected to the ballasts.

Make sure that you connected the wiring to the ballast correctly (the locking tab needs to go on the side that has the sloped tab, not the square tab).

Check that and get back to us.

update.
I tried the plug and play method without the relay.
Halogen high beams go on. HID ballasts dont turn on for low beam.

I went back to using the HID/Halogen relay method.
low beam nothing...
high beam HIDs turn on..

Now how do i get the HIDs on low beam and Halogens for high beam??
I feel like such a noob...

Can you take a picture of the connections you're making?

The operatic bulbs are confusing because of the extra wiring coming off the bulbs. If you don't want to use the halogen highbeam and just use the HID bulb, ignore the two other connections on the bulb and only use the two wires that connect to the ballast pigtail.

There are four connections coming off the bulb. An H4 connector, a 9006 type connector and two single pin snap connectors. Ignore everything but the single pin connectors.

Default xb HIDs

Ok..after doing some online research i found out that the relay i got was messin it up.
I reversed the wires on the relay so my high beam HIDs are now put on low beam.
Now i just have to make my high beam (halogen) work.
How do i wire that up???

I have a whole bunch of extra wires coming out of the bulb area.

It depends... do you want/need highbeams?

I've been running without highbeams for over a year. In fact, I removed the halogen bulb and wiring entirely.

If you want to get it to work, all you need to do is plug in the H4 connector to the stock harness on the passengers side. For the drivers side, though, you need to tap the harness.

can you post a link to the wiring schematic you used to hook up the relays? I just got a set of HID Sonars and I'm getting no light using the stock wiring.
