There seems to be these small surface cracks and stains about the size of a thumbnail around the front bumper cover. Now I know most would say take it to the pros. Rubbing compound was of no help. If I have the right materials and correct paint , could I just try lighty sanding and painting without noticing ? I tried the touch up but it seems to just smear and cake up
