Should I powdercoat my RS 2.0 grill? (Updated 11/15 w/pics!)
I had mine painted black before I replaced with the OD grill. It was not powercoated so it chipped a lot and I had to touch up often. I liked the look better than the stock.
I have a friend who does powdercoating, so I would definitely go that route. That looks good YELOSUB, so far I'm leaning to get it done.
Not a big fan of clearing the turn signals, I prefer the amber reflectors.

Update:
Well, it seems I can't get it powercoated. It looks like I can't take off the plastic backing and since that can't be put in the oven I'm SOL. Is that why you guys painted yours?

Archngl.... here are what it looks like with the bottoms done as well....they are Street Scene's Speed Grille's. I actually did all three with the speed Grille because the pattern was slightly different than whats on the 2.0. the 2.0 if I can remember right has more of a diamond shape where as the Street Scene's has a slight radius in the vertical part of the diamond. Hope that makes sense....plus the street scenes grille was all aluminum versus the stock 2.0 grill is more of a gunmetal color.
