Small square in rear bumper?

Small square in rear bumper?

Does any one know what the small square hole in the rear bumper of the xB? I know in some JDM cars (Honda Del Sol) they have a back up light in the bumper.

It's for the tow hook.

The piece which threads into it is in the foam by your spare tire.

the easiest/cleanest way to pop it out would be to reach under the bumper and push it out from inside (works well when it's iced shut too)
