I guess it's cool alright. It a bit dark and can't really tell the finish. BTW, I'd clear the reverse light if I were you. Just my $0.02.

Please takes some daytime pics. also wouldn't you have some troble w/ these since you smoked your reverse light?
I had a freind that did his car like this and got denied on his safety inspection prio for renewing his registration and tags, his tailight doesn't comply with DOT standards, they said that it was too dark for the light to see during daylight and that he neds a red reflector, otherwise he can't renew his registration unless he corrects the problems
