Default Rachet

I was lucky. I have a small handled rachet wrench that flexes into different angles. It was handy for this job.

Yeah, but yanking the panels is a pretty big job. The seats are no fun to pull out. Plus all the spare tire and storage.

Rent somebody with small hands. I have swapped my lights a dozen times as I make mods to them. Other than butterfingering one to the ground, it's been very easy. Oh, and I'm 6ft 230 lbs, not a small handed guy.

The guy who I got my lights from finally e-mailed me back and said that I could get the replacement circuit paper from any toyota dealer.

I am guessing the ones off the stock lights will work for the ones I got....hmmm!

Its risky..if I manage to mess those up then I got no brake lights and can't drive till its completely fixed

I'm sure the Toyota piece is much sturdier than the broken piece. Just be really careful.

As for the the nuts holding the lights, I just used a wrench to get them loose and spun them off by hand. When I had the new lights in place I spun the nuts back snug and wrenched them tight again. It is a little tight and a bad angle but it shouldn't take 2 hours.

Has anyone actually used the factory circuit board on a aftermarket brand tailights?
