I have noticed my drivers window is getting scratched going up and down, has anyone seen this?

mine does seem to get kinda outta line once in awhile

 

It is not out of alignment, it appears that the window is being scraped.

Run your fingers along the rubber seal... is there anything caught in it?

 

there are guiders in the door itself to help guide the window down ... these guider's have felt covers on them and some times they come off and expose the metal prongs that hold the felted guider's...

had same problem.... gggrrr on 2 different car's

 

^^ yeah, dirt in the felt will do it too (along the base of the window, top of the door panel, that strip), but lightly

 

ACTUALLY the guiders I speak are about MID door above the window motor...
