That was basically, tapping my back bumper into a dumpster outside of my work building. Sad but true. We've got geese in the parking lot, and i was watching them to make sure i wasn't running them over, and backed it up a bit too far. At least I didnt hit hard, I was barely moving when i tapped it ~ I think it was more some overhanging piece of metal more than the force of the impact. I cant imgaine what'd've happened if I'd hit the dumpster at a normal backing-up speed. :\

I was backing up a few days ago and ran dead center into a pole. I was shocked that it didn't even leave a mark. I expected to see damage because it actually hit pretty hard. It made me feel really retarded doing something like that. I am not that way usually. I can say that my xB is better built than I expected for bumper hits.
upshift.

BOP? does that mean something besides like, "I bopped my car into something"?

Also what's a bodykit?

It shouldn't be too expensive. I don't know if you can take of the rear bumper, but when the front bumper on my xB was damaged, I just took it off myself and put the one I ordered from the dealer for about $300 on. It was fairly easy to.

That really sucks, but at least you did the damage to your own car. and not some schmuck that hits it and takes off and you find out later.
