Hi Folks

I've searched, and I've read lotsa posts about the missing Audio System Owner's Manual. I can't say I've seen any of them closed satisfactorily. Some folks got 'em, some folks didn't, some dealers say there's no such critter... what gives?

I just bought a 2006 xB in black sand pearl that has what appears to be the base audio unit. It has the tuning and volume controls in the steering wheel. The Owner's Manual makes explicit reference to the 'Scion Audio System Owner's Manual,' which of course I do not have. I doubt that there are going to be a slew of these floating around at the dealerships. Nothing online at the Scion site. Unable to locate one on the 'net no matter how many ways I phrase the question.

By any chance, has anyone scanned this manual already for some other poor schmuck like me? And still has it available? It'd be greatly appreciated !!

OR.... if anyone knows where it can be downloaded ??


Okay... why does it seem that you always find your answer right after you've given up? Found one more Scion owner's site, registered... and they have pretty much every manual ever printed for ALL models. Found my 2006 base unit manual, right there for download. ( www.scionowners.com ) You have to register to gain access, but it's completely free. The manuals are in the "Guides" tab.
