Experiments like this just further prove my theory that there are certain people who shouldn't have been given a license. All of the rubber-necking, cell phone using, make-up applying, text messaging, brake riding ___ clowns jamming up the streets and highways need to be gathered up and run over with their own cars.

 

yeah i understand the concept of that, and a few of you are right it is the driver causing the traffic jam.....
