Default Bumper repair

I am looking for ways to repair my front bumper where the tabs are for the fastner that connects the bumper to the fender. The screw has pulled threw that tab and now the bumper looks like it is going to fall off (even though I know its not) I thought about taking some thin metal and creating a new tab and JB welding it in place but before I do so anyone have any suggestions?

They make clips for plastic parts that accept screws. They are on door panels, interior pieces and the like.

If you go to an auto store ( Kragen , Autozone, Pep Boys) they have them in the generic help section , look there you might find some big enough for your purpose.

Rather than make a metal tab...if possible get a piece of old bumper material (a local bodyshop might be able to let you snip some off a crushed trash bumper)...make your new glue in tab with this and make it deep enough to give it more strength. Degrease and sand the new tab and the main part of the bumper with some 80 grit sandpaper or so. Glue it together with a proper bumper adhesive (Wurth Fix-all or Wurth Replast as examples...other name brands will do as well. Good as new and stronger to if you do it right.
