i was wondering if anyone has thought about clear *****? would anyone buy these? i know someone who has them. they look just like the stock one's, but clear and clear blue. i can get any color. just let me know...

I've seen shift ***** that are clear w/the bubbles in them, but I can't find any pics on the net to save my life!. That style would look cool for the ***** too. I guess they (shiftknobs) are pretty popular in Japan. I've got a pic in one of my mags at home, but I don't have a scanner...maybe I could take a picture with my webcam thingy so you can see exactly what I mean.
Hey, how about other parts made in the clear/tinted/bubbled plastic? Like lock ***** and whatnot?

 

we are gonna make the dash piece clear and the piece that goes around the shifter clear and maybe some locks. and also the pieces on the door that go around the window switches.

Anyone have any clue as to how to change the LEDs behind the *****? The clear ***** look badass, but I don't like that amber light.

If I could change the LEDs to blue, I'd definitely get those.



(and yes, I've seen the post on the light condoms, but blue condoms would make the light a nasty greenish with that amber bulb.)

 

Take off the yellow condom and paint the bulb with a sharpei pen. It works. I have mine glowing red right now. The blue was too dark though. The turquise was nice if you want the indiglo look :D

you can change the color of the light with a sharpie and also i might just include a new white or other color L.E.D. light to replace that light, but it might cost a little extra money. i have made some clear blue ***** and i am gonna take pics of those today. friday i am gonna get some other colors to make more clear colord *****. like red, green, black and white. so that i can match color ***** to the color of your XB or XA.
