Yeah, there's "relocking" logic that will sometimes not allow you to unlock the doors in some cases, depending on how they were locked and how you are trying to unlock them. The second of those PDFs up above goes through that...

It does make the car seem as though it's possesed, sometimes...

I'm talking about the power locks locking on average 5-20 times in a 15 second period. Sometimes once per minute or slower. Usually when it is rainy or damp weather or a car wash altho it hasn't been doing it recently. It's a real PITA tho when the car is running and it locks you out. It doesn't trigger the flash of the parking lights, just the locking. But if the car is running and the doors are open, then they lock/unlock, again intermittently and with crazy timing. You've got to see it to understand. It is funny when it does the lock/unlock cuz my spongebob lockcovers dance...

Also, I wouldn't say it is a common problem and I'm likely at fault with my LED wiring, etc...

Update.... I figured out what is going on with the door locks. If you lock the doors, then unlock them without opening a door or the hatch. They will relock by themselves after a couple minutes. I think it's a safety feature incase you accedentally unlocked them after walking away. I tested it by locking then unlocking then open and close a door. It won't do it. But if you lock then unlock and leave it be it will relock them every time. Cool but strange but logical.

That's in The Owner's Manual.

If you use the remote to unlock the doors and do not open any doors for 30 seconds, the doors will re-lock. This is to prevent an 'accidental' press of the unlock button from leaving your car unlocked, and also to prevent a stray signal from something else chancing to unlock your car and leaving it that way.

There are also a lot of other 'unexpected but totally logical' actions the door lock 'puter takes...

I wonder why I'm just now finding out this stuff. I've had it for a year and a half. Guess I should have read the whole book. Thanks Tomas!

No problems here...well, beyond the windshield breaking so easily, but that's why I have full glass on my insurance.

Don't insert the nozzel all the way in. Pull it out just a bit and it will pump without prematurely shutting off.

Very common with many Toyotas and Hondas.
