Default Cutting/Rolling front fender

Don't know where this should go so I put it in the lounge. I've cut the rear fenders. Can the front fender be cutted or rolled to make clearance. I'm rubbing a bit in the front. The front his this rubber lining thingie that doesn't exist in the rear. Help a brother out.
Thanks.

It will get moved to aero/exterior but here goes. You should have had the front and rear fender lip rolled. They have a special tool for doing this. Sorry you cut your rear lip.
You prolly should have just gotten the right offset wheels so none of this would have been necessary
