I just got mine replaced. Found a great place in Covina.

Windshield Express (626) 339-3616. I think also have a shop in Chino or Rancho Cucamonga.

It cost me 250.00 including the molding. Great fit and crystal clear. Took them about 45 minutes with an appointment.

Okay I was wondering if this was a problem with others, I've had my camo 2 weeks okay, and some dumb lady is driving 35 in a 55 and I was on my way to work and was right behind her, so being nice I laid back and when I got about three car lengths back craaaack. Son Of XXXXX this was the worst monday ever!!!!! If I kept tailgating I would have been fine, but no I slowed down. But hey my friends new hummer has 3 cracks on the windshield already( same design).

its not just the xB...
I drive a chevy suburban atm and its full of cracks in the windshield, i just live with them. In my area im pretty sire they can fix small chips at a place called Mister Carwash, although i've never been there.

O yea, a week after my dad got a brand new F-150, the first new car hes bought for himself, instead of my mom, we were driving down the freeway and bam, **chip** dang it! I felt sorry for my dad.

I drive about an hour each way to work and I get rock chips all the time. The Safelite repair guy is practically on a firstname basis with me now. Says the xBs get it bad because they're low to the ground and the angle of their windshield is too flat.

I just had 5 (yes FIVE!) chips repaired on my windshield last week, you know where they inject the chips with that epoxy to keep them from spreading into large cracks. Well on the commute this morning WHACK! another huge chip, circular, slightly larger than a quarter.

Gah! Just joined the 'fractured' culture.
Driving home from practice, no tailgating and "BAP"
small something smacks the upper right. Now have a small spider web in the corner. Bah..

looked up the stuff. Permatex Bullseye Windshield Repair Kit. The location finder says its at Wal-Mart as well. Will be going there at lunch I suppose to find it. Be a lot cheaper than a new glass.
