Default does your ebrakes slip?

hey everyone, i was just wondering if you guys had any problems with your ebrakes. i use to just pull it up to a few clicks and they would hold... now i have to crank the ebrake handle all the way up and it still rolls so i have to keep it in first gear all the time. should i just go to the dealers and tell them to fix it or do u guys kno how to tighten the ebrake cables?

TIA

ted

i believe there is a manual on how to do it in your owners book. thats what im told. i dont know if it was true or not. i know i read a post on here about this though.

someone almost had their xB hit someone it rolled so much.

mine sucks, i need to go and get it adjusted and tightened.

you might also want to have your rear brakes adjusted too, they can come loose over time as well.

Yeap. Mine does need to be re-adjusted for the second time in 8 months!
Might be worth opening and checking the drums since the braking power decreased too.

Thru normal wear and use, the rear brakes and e-brake will need to be adjusted accordlingly.
