Default Does your XB have a rough idle?

Hey guys my XB has a rough idle when in drive but stopped. Like at a red light. I have searched but I haven't found a fix. Can someone help me with this.

This was discussed tons of times actually. Apparantly its caused by the throttle cable not being tight enough and having 1 or 2 mm's of "give". Theres a way you can easily tighten it. I would do a search to find all the relevant threads, but the search never works for me.

Should the dealer have to take care of that?

are you talking about when you sit at a traffic light and then your rpm's go down and back up?

if so i asked my auto shop teacher about it and he said that all it is is the air conditioning fan turning on and off. it takes a surge of energy to turn it on and off again.

I did the ground wire kit mod, But even with the ac off it still vibrates. The RPMs don't seem to change. It feels like just a vibration. I can't seem to say what I mean. It just idles like crap. if I shift it into neutral it goes away. I hope someone can tell what I mean.

You have warranty. Take it in. It costs NOTHING!

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the A/C was a clutchless system so that it is always turning. It's always costing you a little, but doesn't make such a dent when it actually kicks on. I know in my old Dodge Colt, we called it the Turbo Power button cuz turning off the A/C was like a shot of NOS to the engine...
