Default door lock problem

hi
I am writing about door lock issue in south korea.
plz understand if the grammar is wrong

I have a scion xb 2005.

door is not locking by remote and key. but driver door switch works fine. so its crazy.
I replaced a driver door actuator but not solved
I want to know how to fix

the situation is the below

1. If I use the key for locking, driver door locked only
2. If I use the remote for locking, all door is noting (not work)
3. If I use the driver door switch for locking or unlocking, works fine
4. If I use the key and remote for unlock, works fine

thank you for reading it and I'd like to know how to solve it
from beyond the pacific ocean...

The only time I've had an issue with the doors locking from the fob is when something wasn't completely closed. Open and close all the doors, trunk, and hood and then see if the fob works any differently.

Also I've seen some cars that have a switch that changes how the fob operates. This may be in the glove box or somewhere else. Maybe someone with an xB will chime in as I'm not as familiar with them.

Was the door actuator OEM? Some aftermarket actuators will not work properly, even new out of the box. I had this problem with a aftermarket actuator.
