This is one of the biggest reasons the dealership never touches my car after I have taken delivery of it.. In my opinion, I would have him get me a whole new car .. there is no excuse for that damage. Its unbeleivable that mistakes like this can happen with the amount of money changing hands to have this stuff installed. The person who damaged it should be fired and cost of repairs taken from his pay. Good luck and be firm.. dont let them blow you off.

I wuold call scion customer service as well. Raise a stink about it and go back to the dealership. Don't accept any offers until they offer to paint. A touch up job around the fogs shouldn't cost but maybe $170. If you can, see about having the touch up done at a paint shop of your choice.
