Default Eclipse CD4000 SWC

Just wanted to let you guys know that I got the CD4000 for my XB! Put it in today, and the Steering wheel controls work like a champ! Just wanted to let you guys know that! Also, one of main reasons for this post too, was that I got it from Crutchfield for $199.99 shipped.. (or you can buy a $120 cd player, and spend $70 on the PAC adapter )

Also, Thanks for everyone's posts, it has helped me alot with my new box.. I have put in the LED Dome light, K&N drop in Filter with the removal of the snorkel.
Just wanted to say thanks again, and hope this helps some peeps!

The CD4000 is normally $300. Well, I would rather pay $200 for a $300 player versus getting a cheaper $120 player and then having to spend $60-70 for a adapter to make the Steering Wheel Controls work. The newer Eclipses have the ability to work the SWC's, all you have to do with this one is splice into three wires, install a softwate cd that they tell you where to burn from and wham, it's all good. I didn't take any pics b/c I figured that it was pretty cut and dry... Since I got it from Crutchfield I got the harnesses and all with it...I hope this helps!!!
