I have an 06 xB with 127,000. Recently I've been having trouble starting. When I first bought it in 2010 I installed some speakers and I think I messed up the remote start, alarm, and starting mechanisms. It doesn't happen every time but on occasion I put the key in, attempt to start the car n nothing happens. If I pop the hood wiggle the negative lead the alarm triggers but it seems to reset the ignition. I then can push the unlock fob button and I'm on my way. Well now I've lost the key fob and don't have a way for my car to start. I doubt anyone has experienced this problem but any help would be appreciated!
