I ordered a set of Tein springs from these guys Thursday, it's now Monday and I haven't received any kind of shipment notice, when I check my account status online there is no record of my transaction, and no one answers their phone number.... I'm assuming since I found them through this website they are legit, but has anyone else had issues with them before?

 

just because you found it through this site doesn't mean $hit.

check the parts section and read the reviews from all the people who have gotten screwed by vendors they found through this site.

i'm not saying you did, but this is the internet.......yo ucan kink to anything you want to legit or not.

from experience i will say that it is much easier to get things off of ebay, paypal covers your purchases so its pretty hard to get ripped off

 

Give it a couple days before complaining.

6am est Thursday morning... Right before I ordered my new system from crutchfield that showed up on my doorstep an hour ago. Granted Saturday and Sundays aren't buisness days but more than 48 hours buisness hours and not even an order tracking number is pretty $hitty...

i ordered a gumball3000 video (from cali) and a set of ncp30 jdm headlights (from hong kong) on the same day 3 weeks ago

i have had the headlights for 2 weeks i have yet to see the dvd

i contacted them to find out what the hold up was and they told me that orders ship within 28 days of purchase.

all i know is that i didn't think "man i'd really like to watch that movie in a month" when i ordered it

 

Have you considered checking your order status on their website? It also looks like they have live support...

At least they have record of your transaction... This websites "live support" said they don't show the charge on their records, and my order status is a blank page, but my credit card company shows the money "on hold" by them whatever that means. I can't dispute it until a charge goes through. Hopefully the funds are released and I can just place the order with someone else that will get off their butt and work for the money

 

yeah, they may be backordered, i bought a hoodie online a while ago and they took my money and then 2 weeks later i got a refund and an email saying that it was backordered

Anyway, dude, if they haven't charged you, then what's the problem? Yea, it might suck that they aren't the quickest places, but they haven't stolen from you or anything.

 

its probably a backorder thing...i bought my sonars from Proexhaust (ebay) and it was close to a month before they came in...they finally replied to my messages after the third one when i was threatening to give them negative feedback...

I always and I mean always call the 1-800# before I place an order online. I get a customer service rep ask there name wright it down, ask how long they have been selling online, who they ship with. Tell them what you plan to order ask if it fits on my car, tell them my name and let them know Im placing an order. And lately I've been having them e-mail me when my order shows up in there system. Follow this and like me you will have no problems. btw these two sites are my favorite and have great parts and service, www.buywheelstoday.com / www.directtuning.com for wheels and parts. NEVER buy from a online store that has not been in business for at least a couple years.

 

haha i ordered a stereo stand for my Zune through Altec Lansings website. The payment was instant. I check the status 3 times a day for two days, it says in process. On the third day, I check it when i wake up and it says backorderd. The money is put back in my account. An hour later, I take a shower and get ready for work and check my status right before I leave. It says shipped, and the money is gone again. I guess somebody tripped on one in the warehouse? haha.

 

good grief.... part shipped today. 1 day shy of a week from when it was ordered... No worries I guess just slow. I feel like Veruca Salt from ***** wonka... Iwant it now... I want my Scion lowered NNNOooooooWWWWWW. Pics to come

 

yeah i just got my gumball dvd yesterday, 3.5 weeks after ordering it worth the wait though
