Default Gauge cluster issue

Been having an issue with the gauge cluster in my 05 xb. When i come outside in the morning the speedometer is jittering even though the car is off, once i start it up the whole cluster flashes on off along with a beeping sound and the maintenance required light. I’ve scanned and the only code i’ve gotten is unrelated. anyone have any experience with this?

When I hear a professional mechanic say it will cost an hour of time...I KNOW it will take me 4x that amount of time and I'll probably break something. I'm a horrible mechanic and impatient. I'll just pay to have it fixed. Much respect to the pros and diy mechanics. They deserve every cent they charge IMO.
