Well after chatting on here the other day here at work, I tried to take it out again. The car hadn't been started in ten hours. Thats when my buddy bent my exhaust.

ummm ... ok here's what i do when i remove the silencer:
1. undo the bolts and stuff
2. take off the tip
now you're just left with the exhaust and the silencer inside.
3. use a bent coat hanger and insert it hook end into the silencer and make sure it hooks to the end of the tube of the silencer.
4. pull like there's no tomorrow and it will pop off quite unexpectedly

shouldn't be ridiculously hard to get off unless it's jammed in there ...

Coat hanger trick didn't work for me. I'm waiting to get my hands on a small slide hammer.

Default Got the same exhaust...No complaints

Hey man, I got the same Greddy and the only probs I ever had with it was the bolts to tighten it down after a while. Maybe too much bass? I wish...hehe.. Anyways, if you ever have probs with the bolts holding it down, bypass threadlock and just get a good weld to keep it perfectly aligned...I noticed a lil deeper sound and great response. Didn't hurt to have it running with a Fujita short ram intake...Very good combination for my box.
