Default Height of Armrests

I am seriously thinking about the boomerang arm rest - would like the storage that it offers and a place to rest my arm while driving. I was wondering if anyone who has one could measure how far above the seatbelt, clips, latches, or whatever you want to call them the top of the armrest is. I am over six feet tall and wondered if it would be high enough to give me the resting place I am looking for.

New to the site and wanted to thank everyone for the information that is provided on this site it helped my decision in choosing my xB

I am not sure if it is a boomerang or not, but my aftermarket one measure 16' from the slot behing the e-brake. I cannot remember from whence it came, but if you are interested I will look through old email to see. In fact, zI will return after this post......

.....I ordered it from allscion.com Looking back on it now, I cannot believe what I paid for it. $184 shipped. Wow! I did not realize how much. ouch. Hope the measurement helps. BTW the armrest is adjustable and clicks into place at different angles. Not sure the "tip" end would be comfortable to rest on, though....
