The Pioneer remote, model SR100 is described as follows: This steering wheel remote is designed to be used with the AVH-P6400CD, the AVH-P6400, the AVM-P700R and all remote compatible Pioneer IP-Bus head units. I very much doubt that the HU in the XB has implemented the "IP-Bus" standard required to allow this remote to function.

 

I wish I got the PW...I love the BOP, but it looks like crap so easily because it's so dark, and every little hint of a scratch shows up like a gouge.

I didnt read the update on page 2. I turned out to be right but heres what my post was anyway....

If you had left it on the lot then they would have been obligated to make it right. There is a loop hole though. Check the dealerships website new vehicle pricing. If they break down the difference in price on the website between the two different models of xB then Scion will make them give you the $150 back and have you resign the paperwork on the car you actually bought. If they dont have a destinction on the website between the two then they can charge you the new price for the old model and there isnt much you can do about it. Check the new vehicle pricing on our website for both models of xB and you will see what I mean...
