I tried to get a reply on another forum with zero results. So I have turned to my fellow xAians. When Injen moved the heater hose on their air intake downstream of the MAS, did that fix the problem with oil vapors destroying the MAS?

 

The hose is a crankcase breather hose, yes, should cure the MAF contamination from the crankcase vapors but if you over oil your filter that will contaminate it also.
