Default new rear bumper - stock or kit?

hey, wazzap...
a few months ago i was love tapped by someone in a parking lot (hit and run) so now im on the hunt for a new rear bumper. couple q's...
1). how much is a new bumper from the dealer?
2). is there a better rear kit? and how much?
3). should i replace it if there is not that much damage (just a crack, but also a part that holds the splash on his broken and which holds the bottom on is broken as well...)

thanks for any responses!

p.s. he/she left some paint on my car... how do I/can I get that off?

It all depends on your preference, but think about this if you change the rear to lets say a body kit of some sorts you might as well change the front because the its gonna look akward. My suggestion if you're not gonna go out & buy a full kit just replace. Try this place here, they have pretty good prices on stock oem replacement parts: http://partznet.com
