I've decided to send it back, unfortunately. Just wasn't what I expected. I think I'll continue on without an armrest for a while longer, as any alternatives either look terrible or are extremely expensive (e.g. the new Zeta storage armrest).

I think I should mention that Chris from Boomerang messaged me and was very understanding about the whole situation. He seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I was satisfied, whether it meant a phone call to straighten things out or a returned product. I appreciate the kindness, Chris.

Stevens Creek Scion gave it to me as part of the deal with my scion. They had one as a demo unit there it looked factory! very cool. Downside is they told me 2 weeks to get it, along with my rear cargo thinggie.

I got a very nice OEM looking armrest for 100 bucks shipped from a store on ebay. It looks perfect, like it came from the factory. His ebay name is nikor2003. Check it out.
