Default oil warning light

Just started to notice that when I start my car, it take about 4 seconds for the oil warning light to turn off. Even if I run the car for a while and turn the car off and then start it right up agian, it still takes 4 seconds to turn off. Just wondering if anyone else has notice this?

I hope this is one of those sarcastic posts to make fun of all the picky complaints that people post here,

if not, then that's totally normal, don't worry about it

You only need to worry when the light continually stays on of flashes continually...

How many miles you got on the box? It may be telling you it's time for an oil change.

My dash lights light only briefly but I've not seen an 'oil warning' light. Are you referring to the engine maintenance light? Which btw.. comes on every 5000 miles like clockwork.
