my passenger side front window motor is also on the way out... guess that's something common... when it's hot I have to hit it and then wait a minute and hit it again and it will finally make it's way up...

took delivery of my 2004 RS1 in April 2004. Currently have 23,000 miles on it. replaced all 4 goodyears with Michelins at 17,000 miles. Only problem is the 6 CD changer intermittently gives the ERROR 4.

Average 26 mpg with city driving w/auto tranny

06.5, TCM, 68k miles, bought new in Feb. 2007. 3 of the tires are even still original (the other one had a nail in it). Other than someone backing into it in the middle of the night once and smashing in the front quarter panel, I haven't had any problems with it until recently. She's in right now getting the alternator replaced (a bit surprising for a car I still have a year and a half of payments on).

Bought the new 05 right off the dealers lot early spring. Had .4 miles on it and plastic still on the seats. Test drove it, and put 18 miles on it and told them to wrap it up... have had it ever since.
Just passed 128K last week.
New tires, had to replace a motor mount because of a wacked dealer installation and new brake shoes on the front. Replacing the water pump this weekend as I am hearing the tell tale grinding and whining. New belts going on also.
So not too bad for a "cheap" car. (and I say that in jest, it has been a great car!)

Default Still an original owner

Still have my xB and its still fun to drive. And I still wish it had more power.

Sometimes I get a kick out of going back to the older posts to read how stoked people were about their xB's. Oh well, life goes on.

I'm going to be buying an '11 xB2 when I get back from deployment, I've narrowed it down to silver but I'm really waiting to see what the next RS will look like. I honestly hated the xB2's when they first came out but they have really grown on me, took a couple years.

I'm not selling my '06 and never will, my wife more or less "stole" it from me so I need to get another daily driver
