I've got these cracks all over my rear skirt/bumper. I think it's from rocks hitting the back side of the skirt and bumper, either coming off the tires or bouncing up from the road. Either which way, the Scion warrenty dept. said they will be repainting my rear bumper and skirt.

Most of the marks are only about dime sized, the one pictured is about the size of a quarter. I'm not sure if you'd be able to see these marks on a darker colored car, but I would surely be inspecing your bumpers for simular marks.

Again, Scion said they would repaint the bumper/skirt, so this is not an issue of them not taking care of their people. So bravo to them.. Another reason to buy Scion in my mind.

I am just giving everyone heads up so you can give your bumper a good inspection.

It's pretty cool scion is fixing it for you, I'll have to keep an eye out on mine.. hopefully it doesn't occur on it..
