how to turn off 2005 xB?

Look in your owners manual, it's done with the odometer ****, i can't remember off the top of my head, but it's cake. If you don't have a manual, let me know and i'll grab mine and tell you the exact procedure. i'm sure if you search, it's on here.

 

it is probably along the lines of hold down the **** next to the odometer after starting the engine and hold down until a line of dashes appear on the odometer, and disapear one by one. when they are all gone and it flashes, reset complete.

 

The dashes have to do with how often you want the service light to appear.
