I have 120,000 on my xB and have done only general service to the car. Is there any recommended service I should do at this mileage like timing belt coolant etc? 05 xB manual transmission.

Whatever the owner's manual recommends?

Coolant seems likely; timing belt, not so much -- the xB engine has a timing chain and you'd be paying waaaaaay too much to anyone who would change its timing belt . . . .
