Now that everybody's had a good laugh, here's a little more info.
It's a converted golf cart. It's got indoor/outdoor carpeting inside, I mean on the floor, doors, walls, roof, etc. If you look close in front, there are 2 air vents below the windshield. Air vents like you would see on the side of a house. The steering wheel has a square piece of plywood mounted in the center with a pic of Betty Boop. The rear "fender flares" are made of more of the quality indoor/outdoor carpeting.
How did they get this thing street legal, liscenced?
