Going to the dealer to look at an xB. Anything xB specific that I should pay attention to?

This one has about 100k. Dealer asking $5900.

 

That's actually not a bad price at all. Probably has something wrong with it. There's nothing specific you can look for on these. It's a pretty plain Jane vehicle, so just look for the basics. 100K miles is obviously plenty of miles for plenty of things to go wrong and wear out, and who knows if they have been replaced or not.

 

It's really hard to lose with the 06 xB. Heck, if I totaled my xB today I'd probably jump at the chance to buy a used one for 5900.

As always, just have a mechanic check it out first. Then factor in the fact you'll prob have to add new tires, plugs, oil, coolant just to make sure it's road worthy for another 5 years if need be.
