Default Took two weeks but I got mine...

Black box... nothing special besides the made to fit floor mats...

yeah I know I know but... when it comes to coupons... I'm not gonna
waste my time... thus I got the floor mats...

So... no pictures yet but I'm certain ya'll seen boxes like mine...

End of Summer or next spring I'll get new rims and I'm tall so no
never gonna drop my beast. If anything I'll raise it hehe!!!

Well, next to do is to upgrade my profile to actual owner of my box...

Wahooo... very happy... that I saw one and it wasn't sold... yet.

Feel bad for the first dealership for not getting my sale... but I told
em in two weeks I needed the car... and well... last week my
windshield rearview mirror fell off in my old car... so... yep... need
was to repair that with mirror glue and get outa the falling apart
car pronto... glad I found car on lot near where I pay my insurance
blammo... next day I raced to the dealership and bam... I'll take it!

And whalla... Brocccoli has a Black Box. Sweeeeeeeet! I was sold
when i saw the first one in california in 2003... was a black box...
i thought wow is that a custom or what??? so glad 2 years later I
was able to get the same one. Looked gangstaish... even though
I am so against crime which is for lazy scummy people... anyways
yeah... wahooo! my classy Black box! oh yeah! Just couldn't
wait for the 2006... and Ipods... whatever... MP3 disk works for me.

I'm 6'3" and I dropped my xb. Dropping it an inch isn't going to kill you.

Yeah I'm 6"even... so I hear yah... as getting in and out is like sitting on a
mid hieght bar stool... very easy and nicccccce! So nice I just can't see
dropping it... andddd not sure where you live...

But around these parts potholes of the yikes kind... plus snow in winter...
yeah its good where it is... say i get larger wheels... that'll lift it one inch
and i'll reconsider then a drop... I like where the tail gate height is now...
and that was one of my biggest concerns... when it looked like the tail
eh door online only opened to 90degrees... but in reality its more like
97degree which makes for no bumping my head on it say I opt for no
light on while back door is open. And you tall peeps let me know that
it wasn't a big deal... yep... correctomundo...

Just sigh potholes and insane curb heights here... in lotsa parts... one
inch is all it needs to got blammo... to the concrete or asphalt! yeouch!

as for xBeepbeep,
thanx for your excitement... yessss, very excited about this purchase...!

50times better than my old caveliar even when my chevy was basically
new! Woooohahahahayeah!!! Then again my car radio was stolen outa
my old beast plus half the dash... long enough ago to be major downer...
augh!... so having music is definitely a big plus!

Ah also my first vehicle to have power this power that... power yeah...
and the get up and go... which is simply surprising given the specs though
I don't know specs like a motor person... its only slightly less than what
I had in my 2.2 four banger... 16valve overhead cam just does that job.
Sweeeet... so glad with this... and besides... I never used all the get up and
go power of my Caveliar... so it was just simply put a waste of gas...
wahooo... one tank with as many miles to and from work... puts me at
filling up just about once a month... WOW very nice!

Congrats Broc.

I'm 6 feet too and live in the Chi.

The potholes are a pain and snow in the witner is always a mother. But, the box can handle them even with a drop.

I have TRDs so the drop is subtle, about an inch. My alero sat lower to the ground than my box with the TRD springs does so I don't expect any problems i didn't see with the alero when it comes to snow and you just have to change your driving style to avoid the potholes, especially if you get low profile tires.

Come out to some of the local meets and see what people are doing. Visit the Great Lakes section for more info on those. Just about ALL of us are dropped, some more than others.
