there's a little knockout in the lower grille, passy side - easily found on ebay 'scion xb JDM tow'

it is on the drivers side in the lower grille. the lil end piece pops out. or you could do what i did and cut a piece out so you can keep the grille piece in and run the tow hook.

the towhook is found in the rear with the spare tire.

here are some pics.

if i ever needed it towed it'd allready be there. lol

but yeah i just have it on cause i think it's cool. (i'm a nerd I know) lol

i jokingly call it . "totally jdm yo" or "it's jdm yo"

but yeah it's just for looks. and now that it matches my wheels it is just another thing to tie stuff together.

well yea for show, but it also adds 5 hp and adds dramatic downforce to the car. once i put my stickers on i'm hittin the drag strip, prob like low 13's. anyway i found the hook, and the hole and waitin on the paint job to dry. thanks man

And since nobody mentoned this - towing indtructions, hook location and installation are all covered in the Owner's Manual. All you have to do is read it. RTFM

yeah the lil red tow kit stuff is WAY honda. but it could work well on an xB with a body kit. and it'd work better on teh rear imo.
