Made it to the dealership today.Worked the numbers and it looks doable. Now they just need to find me an automatic.They haven't been able to get the one they have allocated released to them yet. I did get to see the paperwork on it tho'. They are trying to find me one for Christmas!

 

I had another auto reserved around Albany, NY if you feel like a 10 hour(give or take) drive. That one is supposed to hit the lot around christmas. As soon as I called the first dealer I reserved with and told them that, they were sure to find me an auto in 3 days.

 

I picked mine up yesterday.... that is after the ordered the wrong one the first time. They got it right this time. I got #347. I took a long drive today and was lovin it.

Not sure yet, I'll have to wait until Monday when I sit down at the bank and get the tC paid off.

 

I found an automatic at a different dealer in our area. I dropped a deposit at my dealer and they are going to try to trade for it tommorrow! (Monday) Keep your fingers crossed. I could be driving it by mid week.

Update: The other dealer says they have a deposit on the car so it is back to waiting till my original dealers car is released for allocation. I really don't understand how it works. The dealer has the vin(I have the info) etc on the car they tell me it just hasn't been released.????

 

Well, got the box and love it. Can't do pics yet. I just moved this past weekend and have no internet at my house, only when I am at work.

They did however give me some random hubcaps instead of my leet RS-7spokes.

 

DEaler thinks they have located another one in Ohio that is in route. Should know for sure by Monday. If it is inbound should be @ 7 days. Now the waiting starts again.

 

Getting this RS4 is a real process Now they tell me the car is in "F"(freight) status but no delivery date. Didn't make it here for Christmas.

Thanks for feeling my pain. I hate waiting. I had to wait 4 weeks for my BSP box. I would have thought by now the dealer would have gotten one.I called them when I first heard there was going to be a RS4....even before they finalized the color.

 

Dealer tells me now that it has a date next to the "F" status(date was today 12/26) Possibly 10 days for arrival?
You dealer experts have a better description on what is going on now?
