Well, maybe not that awesome but... 
(front passanger seat rail mount)
Fellow Scion owners Randy and Nikki turned me onto these from any truck stop chrome depot. Less than a dollar each, and just slips over the nut. Nut Protectors!
Beats the heck out of the big old black nut that was there!
